I'm playing C9 korea since 2009, I never used a vpn and none of my guild mates got banned for having a foreign ip, so get your facts straight

I know how to make an account for hangame korea, but the problem is that you have to verify your c9 account by cell-phone/fax or some other document, that is simply yet not possible for foreigners, I didn't really attack you I just want you to get your facts straight, mate

And we understood that 10 $ is nothing for you, it's also nothing for you but for me it's a matter of principle
