I'm going to have to go with Battlefield 3.

On a small map in BF3 like Operation Metro playing the game mode rush there will be moments when pretty much every player on the server is right there at the same moment you are. Specifically on Hardcore mode when a stupid teammate drops a grenade and you have to get the **** away as fast as you can.

This is Resident Evil 4, right? I remember these guys, they're the ones that poke out their spikes after being attacked? Yeah, they're the reason I quit the game and haven't played it since.
