Hi-

I'm testing the PSO2 Japanese Alpha version, I'm going to upload some 1080p videos too (but I know there are already plenty)

I was just wondering if anyone else on OnRPG is a tester, or if anyone had any questions about the game that I could answer

+ PSO2 general discussion thread.

I don't know where to begin, but the character customization is amazing, can adjust everything or make anyone, the design of the characters and world is beautiful, the controls are very smooth and the action is fast paced. this game is also potentially very difficult, I can see a lot of things in PSO2 being really challenging

one thing I wanted to state right off is that while I'm personally playing on a good machine, this game is very well optimized... compared to other online games released in the past year (take FFXIV, best example of poor programming)

so... if you have a bad computer..you can probably play PSO2 without lag.. even maxed I think a lot of people will be able to run it fine. and if you're on some ancient PC you'll just have to set it to low settings

my Japanese is pretty basic,only good enough to chat with other players, so I'm not sure about the game's lore or anything like that, I'm going to wait for the English release

the only thing that disappointed me so far is that controllers weren't working for today's test... well -- the right analog sticks on everyone's controller wouldn't work, so we couldn't turn the camera, so we all had to use WASD+mouse... which is fine, but I like to play PSO with a controller

but that will be fixed , hopefully in time for the next a2 period

Well, if you are taking small requests, i was wondering if you could take some screenshots, or maybe even a video of the char in this artwork, the far left character (hunewm).

That would be so awesome.

Ya, i know that, just meant whenever it's back up and you find some spare time from playing the actual game

you cant apply for beta right now...and you cant apply for alpha right now either

heres a quality test video i uploaded..click 1080p.. if you go to my YT channel I'm gonna be uploading more PSO2 videos, going to upload a 15minute group play in a little while

the server is closed atm or I would list you the types, but there's a decent amount. i know i've seen an assortment of melee weapon types, ill check exactly whats there later (didnt bother looking much since I only used force and rods so far)
