when i login to play dragon gem it says incorrect parameter value wtf is how how do i fix it

incorrect parameter value is the same as when the website
1) shows up foreign characters
2) gives the 500 html error
3) doesn't load
4) loads but has that weird message on the top, like title/display/login crap.

all of them mean..THE SITE IS DOWN. just wait
