salary is just a tab where rewards go from missions.
Click on the reward so it's ticked, then press the.. I think lower right button to recieve them.
You can buy mix plans in the shop, in the same tab as you can buy normal MS', but the subtab of that, so you see a list of 5 other MS names under it (That's how you know it's a plan).
