Connection Troubles

I've had some trouble connecting since I first got the game. Whenever I join a room, it stays for a couple of seconds then goes "your connection with one of the users is extremely slow, please try another room".

Due to the crappiness of NZ internet, the highest download speed is 40 kb/s. What speed do you need to run this game?

Keep trying, if you carefully, one or more player has 999 or more ping. Keep trying to enter that same game and eventually their ping will die down.

I had tried doing that. But the same thing happened. Even if I kept reconnecting. Never worked.

The exact thing keeps happening to me, read my post, it's called "Please What's up w/ my net?" i NEED AS MUCH HELP AS I CAN GET, CUZ THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NOTHING i can do on this one

Even when I join a game, I lag so much that nobody moves except for me. So just leave me out of this thread :rolleyes:

well if it does that then rakion may not be the game for you...your computer may not be good for it :eek: maybe try gettin some ram or something?

No, it's definately not my computer. The game runs perfectly. No fps problems at all. Just internet lag.

well do u have like 56k modem or something...? that might be slowing it down

Yeah i got the same problem>> Its not becouse of my computer or internet (Oblivion runs on highest res.) and i can play guild wars without problems, somewhere i heard somthing aabout opening ports or somthing like that... ?
