I havent played Runescape in about a year and a half!!!When I went back EVERYTHING seemed to have changed!!

I am so confused as to what to do first to get back in the swing of the game. I went back to my farming patches...that is the ones i could find and thats about all i have done except fight some Moss giants,lol.My name is the same here as in Runescape arcadia72,so if anyone would like to add me ,great.Or I will take any advice from anyone here.Thank you in advance.
