What you're talking about would completely halt the progress of society. Marriage would stop altogether because a promiscuous society depends entirely upon the concept that nobody "holds back" as far as sexual activity goes. Furthermore, birth rates would skyrocket due to the increased sexual activity.

These two components combined would create one or several generations of children with no family experiences, no morals, and an insufficient system of punishment. In other words, these generations would not be able to fulfill important tasks such as running countries or private businesses.

Eventually, you'll get around to a similar scenario to the comedic movie known as Idiocracy. While I deplore using non-textual references, I have not yet read a book that predicts a similar outcome.


As for your argument about "being horny," masturbation is irrelevant because there are many individuals whom do not need to masturbate to negate such feelings, myself included. If one feels a need to masturbate for any reason beyond health-related theories, that would simply confirm my assertions.
