You could try solve the problem by using other internett clients, like chrome for example...
Not sure if there is many others accepting more than 2gig downloads..
You could also try send a message to Joymax, But I doubt you would get answer from an employee... since, well... they are lazy jocks...
You could also, try download from a different provider.. if you have problems with BigDownload..
This is what I know would/should work..
If it dosn't... well, then I don't know what will..
I will look into it though, ill use my test computer and check it out..
But, in the meantime..
download chrome if you don't have it.. try download from BigDownload and another download page listed on the SRO website while you are it..
They shouldnt clash so they should reach max download speed at times..
