you gain weight based on calories, so in theory to gain the most weight eat the most calories. but the thing is, you want to eat healthy, if you eat healthy you'll be a healthy weight, if you exercise and workout.
when you start working out, you dont want to change your diet much, you just want to add more protein in to deal with the muscle. so like if you eat a salad, throw chicken on it. drink milk instead of OJ or something(or both) with your breakfast. but when you start exercising heavily, you may need to increase your proportions or number of meals.

that all you eat, is a egg, one pizza, and so meat products?
if it is then you gotta add more substance to the meals. eat cereal with the eggs, toast or something not just eggs, an apple or orange maybe?
if not then....nvm.
like for example, when i had XC training( two days before a meet) i would prob put in a good 4K calories.
the point being, you gotta eat more.
