1. Umm, all of them...
2. Classes are pretty balanced right now. Spiritmasters are 1v1 gods though. Play what you like.
3. Oceanic players complained A LOT of high latency during the betas. NCsoft now has oceanic servers, so I would stick to those if I were you.
4. I don't know.
