Well almost everyone in the 60-69 bracket BGs are lvl 67-69.. so it isn't really lower levels.
And im pretty sure its the same thing in level 80 pvp. People with extremely geared characters playing for years against people who freshly dinged 80.
And im not proud, but i AM having fun. and im pretty sure thats point of mmos.
