2nd one then.
The big head in the background should be moved to the right a bit more and with a lower opacity.
The text could be overlayed as well so it blends better with everything instead of solid white. Also "By Tophat" should be in a better position. Personally I would put that and the "Uncharted 2" beneath the render's layer and put it on the bottom, right side of the man.
