Well
 uo To be truthful I don't know the exact numbers that blood pledge boost me in total but all I can say is that with it activated there is a Noticeable difference AS for ur preference of Skills IMO I still say Count-Slash is effective even though u say it does 10 less damage then Blow Wield Count-Slash also has a 10 second cool down limit ontop of ur skill which has a 20 second cooldown limit which is too long and i wouldn't sacrifice damage over cooldown. Less cooldown=More chances to use skills

I'm a lvl 18/1 swordie good thing u hit somewat hard and u nver die bad thing is that u cant do first hero quest alone u have to have a mage or a archer or another 1/2 swordie
