Alright, so the official registration server is down due to maintenance (

If I leave the registration program running (I got everything filled out correctly, I believe), and just wait for them to bring the server back online, could I just hit "Submit" and it would create my account? Or would it not accept it for some strange, unknown, and nonsensical reason?
