yeah i had it on my super nintendo also, i remember the game didnt fit normally in the slot, so i needed some kind of thingy to put in the nintendo first and then put the game ontop of that lol. (was that the reason the box was so big maybe?)

i should have never sold that stuff.. still hate myself for selling all my nintendo, playstation1 and 2 +games.
