I might use 4 gb memory instead of 2 and i might not use the gtx260
Also i heard the pentium D can OC 3.8 with the zalman cooler but at 4.0 ghz it starts to die so is there either a better processor+mobo that can run at 4.0 ghz using air cooling or a better fan than the zalman to run at 4.0ghz
(i know some of these parts are pretty old themselves in some ways)

I recommend getting a better cpu, mobo, and power supply.

Also, instead of a gtx 260, you can throw in a HD 5770, they perform almost the same, is much cheaper, quieter, uses less power (5770 is 108 max, where as 260 is like..150/160 something), and is future proof with dx 11. tho you can wait until the fermi or hemlock comes out for a price drop.

also here is a good psu replacement
