I've used it a handful of time on ptr, and it's pretty useful. You can que for random dungeons for frost emblems, or specific ones. Works for all 5 mans in the games, and mmo champ said that the other day the option to que for raids came up for a little while as well, so maybe in the future they will add the option for raids(which might not work out as well).

Kinda works like queing for battlegrounds. You can enter by yourself , or with a group(and you can make your own group and still get random dungeon bonus rewards.) And it worked really good from what i used. Got a group for h vh (random dungeon) on ptr, and then our group decided to teleport to pOs and do the two citadel 5 man's that were available. It was quick, but the classes weren't exactly random(4 paladins and me as a lock)

While the system itself is great,there are some drawbacks.

1) it's so easy to get a group, that people didn't really care if they dropped our group. We lost a paladin because he wanted to get recount, and we lost a healer because he was thirsty( that was the actual reason). When groups are harder to form, people at least showed some commitment to the group, so far on the ptr there was very little.
