I advice to go to www.geekstogo.com or a similar site, although you'd have to wait a bit with them being overrun the whole time with new threads and "oldest threads first" policy. They say what you need to use and how to and all that stuff.

If you can't wait, format is the only way to go.

HJT is outdated and easily bypassed btw.
