The last round was very funny, the game is evolving a lot and becoming more complete.
Why exorace is awesome?
- Beacuse you can conquer your first planet since the first day of game. Other games need a boring work of days or even weeks to build your first army.
- Because you can play with your friends in the same empire, sharing and discussing your technology and designs.
- Because each empire has his really unique units and weapons. Each empire technology is a mistery and you always will fear the first contact.
- Because you need more than big units to win battles, in fact, if you only send big units you could be destroyed with easy and at low cost for your enemy.
- Because asymetric warfare is possible against big empires.
- Because you can conquer the planets of your enemies and destroy them all.
- Because you have space and ground battles

A new round was launched today. Here you have the new features:
- Number of planets limitation per user
Each user will have a limit of 20 planets to manage. Beyond that limit, your builds will be 5% more expensive per extra planet in all your managed planets. That is, if you have 23 planets, your builds will be 15% more expensive.
The problem is burocracy, many planets to manage require many burocracy. Too many planets is very difficult to manage without corruption in a large civilization.
This will prevent unlimited empty planet conquers, and will make possible to recover an empire.
- Planets conquered and occupied
You can conquer any empty planet, as always, but now, if you attack an enemy planet, you only will conquer it if it has less than 500 housing level. If not, you only will occupy it, that is, you are the owner but it is managed by the old owner (governor). In exchange in occupied planets, buildings will work at 30% for the governor (i.e. if the planet has 50% bonus in building spaceships, the real bonus will be only 15%). Occupier will get 50% of credits got by the colony. That credits will be stored in the planet and the occupier will be able to transfer or load them in a transport.
Governors can attack that planet (even building troops inside) to recover it conquering the planet. Or they will be able to disband a colony, loosing the planet.
This feature make occuping planets the unique way to grow as player, but gives to the other players a chance to recover their planets eventually.
- Emperor will tax empire members
The emperor will be able to tax empire members (default 20%). Any build will be taxed and stored in the planet. The emperor will be able to transfer credits or load credits in transports.
This rule make being emperor profitable, so players can grow in an empire, but eventually they can create their own empire. It is the next step to be stronger.

All these features adds a new flavour to the game. It will be converted in a feudal system, where big players could be tyrans or wise emperors. These features make incubation of new players profitable, emperors should give protection to them and some useful technology to grow.
Now I will explain some minor but cool features:
- Bookmarks
You will be able to bookmark planets and give to them your own names. That bookmarks will appear in the planets combo box of destination of fleets, that will help you a lot in your wars. The bookmark button will be in the buttons main panel.
- Your planet list in one click
There will be a button in the buttons main panel to see your planet list.
- Nukes
There will be a new unit type, nuke. One nuke must be transported in fleets (Obviusly, if the transport is destroyed in space, the nuke will not have effect as any army). One nuke will destroy 10% buildings and units in an enemy planet. If you send many nukes to a planet in one turn, each nuke will destroy 1% less than the previous nuke.
Notice that with nukes you will be able to conquer planets even with the occuping rule. Or even destroy an enemy and take him as prisoner.
Nukes will be costly and big. You will need 2000 tech and a big research to develop them.
- Graphical Interface enhanced.
There are 2 new buttons and names will be more descriptive.
- Battles improved
There are some little improvements in battle formula. Big units are not invulnerable within big groups of them against low damage.

On going:
A cool feature is under construction, emperors and senators will be able to share or not any design at any time with governors. That is, emperors and senators could have some secret units. This feature will be ready in the next days.
