anyway regarding the bubbly eye I have to share the history of that..
you all the know the cartoons Walt Disney made right?? "snow white and the seven dwarfs"
The dwafts have big eyes and you can easily see thier expressions because of this..
Japanese animators saw this and realized it is more effective to draw animes with big eyes to show emotions more.
So they copied it in their own way and viola~ bubbly eye characters are made..
But not all!! It depends on the artist if they want to use those kind of eyes or not! o.o
