Tales Of Symphonia: Dawn Of The New World (Fun battle system, but the plot and characters are awful, and the monster system sucks)
Castlevania: Judgement (Fun fighting game, but the character designs are awful)
Castlevania ReBirth (Wiiware remake of Castlevania Adventure. Heard it's pretty good)

I've heard good things about No More Heroes too, and there's also Phantom Brave.
