Hannibal watched as the newcomer went upstairs. He was about to say something when the newcomer already came back and asked the cost of 5.16mm rounds. Hannibal walked to the upstairs and checked the ammo boxes. There were 4 packages, each contained 20 rounds. He grabbed all of them and went back behind the counter. He put the 4 on the counter and said:

"I sell 'em in these packages, it contains 20 rounds. That's 12 caps a package. Take it or leave it"

Hannibal moved the ammo packages away and checked the Assault rifle. He couldn't believe the thing was still intact. Firing this thing would be more lethal to the handler than the target.

"I'm not a miracle so don't expect this thing to be brand new when I give it back. Roughly, it's 150 caps. I'll figure out the exact price when I'm finished. Come back in 5 hours and leave your name on that piece of paper next to you so I'll remember it"

Hannibal put the Assault rifle under the counter and turned around to face one of the cabinets. He started searching for the Ripper.

"Yeah, I picked one last evening from one of them Caravan Merchants. It's in a piece-of-shit shape though. The blade is badly rusted and the mechanics get jammed easily. For 40 caps I'll patch it up, so it probably won't kill you when you use it", Hannibal said with a small smirk on his face to Stone.

Hannibal had known Stone since the day he arrived and settled in. They usually had a few drinks together every now and then. Hannibal noticed a little girl barging in and going past the line. He grunted and said to her:

"Kid, no matter how tough you are, you're still going to the back of the line just like the rest"

She was wearing an awfully familiar hat and sunglasses. Hannibal kept his eye on her, she might be hostile. Kids these days.., he thought to himself.
