x4 fire (under mag capacity) is different then the high elemental effect chance stat. so yeah im sure its hidden. there have been a few posts about this in the borderlands forums also people saying they regenerated ammo while they dont even know how. turns out their classmods had this as a hidden effect. i could try get another example screenshot but im afraid i dont got any extra weapons right now lol
ive also found 2 the exact same classmods while one was 100k more expensive then the other and the lvl req was different also. im sure the higher lvl one had hidden stats too.
i hope they fix this soon with a patch. unless its done on purpose.
