Ignoring the man talking to her she walked towards the other elf. The one dressed strangely., She purposefully bumped into his sliding the dagger into her hand. Keeping her voice down she whispers "Only Blood Assassins may LEGALLY carry weapons of torture, So....Either your a blood assassin, Or i'm legally granted the power to slit your throat right here and now."Standing on her tip-toes she puts her hand to his throat and threatened to move it which would slit his throat.
