"why are all the blood assassin's i've met thus far such complete arses?" Mal'Ak thought to himself.

Mal'ak looked curiously at the strange plant like creature currently threatening to kill him.

"Let me show you exactly how much of a blood assassin i am", he thought. He closed his eyes, and drew upon the power within him. A strange silence came over the land, and the ground began to tremble ever so slight. Suddenly, a wall sprouted from the ground, seperating the Dryad from Mal'ak. A bit of the ground broke apart, and began to change, becoming pure Diamond, and settling into the shape of a long staff. It flew into right hand, while with his left, he pulled out his kodachi, which, for some reason, was covered in a violet flame. He settled into a battle stance.

He threw the Dryad a loaded look, one that said clearly "Yes, I am" and nodded his head once.

He looked around. Fadren has disappeared.

"This is not going to be easy..."

((anything in purple are Mal'ak's thoughts, stuff other characters wouldnt hear, unless they read minds. stuff in brown are stuff that Mal'ak writes down, that other characters can see. He may start to talk later on, im not sure yet, when he does, i'll give it another colour.))
