They are a BUSINESS. And they have CUSTOMERS. The "free to play" model is just a different approach to making money, just like WoW, or Aion. So NO...we shouldn't just "be happy". And this game isn't "free to play" for a LOT of people. This game is free to play most of the content. You could probably make it to level 55/55 without spending a dime. But you NEED to use the Cash Shop to even play in any of the new end-game content.
Runes of Magic is NOT free to play end-game.

Spot on. I'm currently taking a TQM upper division course (Total quality management) and its amazing how poor their business is. They have ZERO customer service (unless you can prove you've spent THOUSANDS on the game) and will literally hang up on you if they don't l know the answer to your question. My wife called back 5 times, each time she was hung up on. This business fails. And sadly so will a good game of RoM.
