not much ss user in HK version. best method is to shoot them down.
but if u have no choice ... u can try hit half to 1 sec earlier.

Do u mean the thing that does a phantum hit?
Or you just mean rock mech that does MCA kind of hit and run thing?
I ask this because a lot of people got mixed up between SS and 收刀．
