Appearance: Light brown hair that falls down to the middle of her back and creates almost a veil around her face, shading her sharp green eyes and small delicate face. barely reaching 5'4" she looks to be underweight and almost bone thin. She usually wears a dare tee-shirt with fingerless gloves that reach up to her elbow and skin tight jeans.
Background: Payton grew up in a good family that treated her well even after her powers became prominent, her friends who many would call odd and weird were faithful to her and helped her escape and even hid her when the division started. While she was never particularly smart she still knew a bit more about the worse parts of town then many would think a girl like her would. She eventually went to far into the wrong place at the wrong time, the first time she ever meant to use her power (Start of the game here)

Personality: a dash of kindheartedness, a handful of being open minded, and a pinch of secretive.
