Deleting Characters

I'm trying to delete a character but I don't know what to put in. The ID isn't it so what is? I wanna start my warrior so I'd appreciate it if you knew and told me.

did you try your password? and why do you want to delete your warrior? what is the max ammount of characters can you have?

I don't wanna delete my warrior (I don't even have one) I want to delete an adventurer named Magistic (not a very good warrior name) and I've tried everything. Max characters is 3.

i've tried entering in

1) e-mail address of the account (since it asked for ID)
2) password for the account (since afterwards it says "invalid password" if you mess up, then the game dies"
3) the ign of the guy itself.

i guess what you could try to enter is your name, like how after you log in it'll be like "joe, welcome!" i'm not sure though
