As I'm strapped for time I'm asking here instead of doing my own research as normal.

$160 - $200 budget, I hope.
Larger than a 17" as that's what I'm currently using which will be going to another work station.
HDMI support isn't a factor.
Will be used a lot for gaming, watching movies, and some web development.
Resolution has to be equal to or greater than 1280x1024
Currently using an Acer 17" LCD Monitor.
Not much preference on manufacturer as long as its a reliable and long lasting monitor.

Any suggestions I appreciate.
