I just blow all my cash to make AS sword Zeta gundum.
Now I just need B-class material to make AS sword The-O to collect all the AS rock mech!

By the way, jmewong. If you want to try using sniper type, try to use a C rank sniper first. GM sniper series, space tank, CR dog (this one is a bit hard to get). As they are fast to level to skill 1, so you get a feel of how sniper works with the skill, precision snipe, quick. Also for snipe mech, there aren't much difference with C class and A class, with exception of that AR duel.

If you decide you like sniper mech, I highly suggest you get this B class sniper mech, Gelgoog Jager. That baby used to be my fav paper mech (until I started to pick up deathmatch and ship mode). The only way to get that is from mixing with plan. The good news is: it is pretty cheap to make, and its only three points!

Performance wise, it is much better than buster gundum in my opinion. All the things you want from a pure sniper mech is pretty much there.

weapon 1: combat
weapon 2: chain lazor shot (3 shot per click, reload after depleted)
weapon 3: snipe lazor (knock down, can scope)

Skill 1: Precision snipe
SKill 2: Increase defense

This guy has a pretty decent defence and health to be a sniper mech. The overall feeling is pretty smooth. The stiffness you feel from using other sniper mech isn't as bad with this mech. The critical thing that makes me perfer this mech is: It can perform instant snipe at ease, while it is a pain in the *** to use it with buster.

If you want an A class sniper mech, get AR duel instead of buster. Its the best around.

To noidea:

I am not an expert, but, according from my observation, they are supposed to press toward enemy's field. Find a hiding place. Shoot anything that's open. Try to keep a safe distance with enemy's frontline fire power as well as rock mechs. If you do well, their line will move closer and closer to their spawning point.

If they move towards you as a group, just retreat and find your teammates. Watch your back when you retreat though.
If they back up, try to force them to stay in a corner. That way their fire power can only come from one direction. Making it a lot easier for you and your teammate to survive.

Killing wise though ... don't hope for too much from this mech. The dps this mech offers is very limited. Generally aile strike is hard to kill, so it makes sense if it is not that easy to kill with aile strike.
