I believe it is highly possible. And who is to say those life forms need the same building blocks for life as we do?

I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying the possibility to too low to be feasible. And I would think they'd need the same thing to live as we do, there's no evidence to suggest otherwise.
You can't just use that to increase your probability because it sounds good.

People with Dyslexia generally have a hard time spelling/reading. =P It doesn't mean he's unintelligent (although it's hard to throw off that generalization when the only view we have of him is his words).
