I saw people complaining about download speeds on the official Allods Online forum as well so I uploaded all the files you need for the installation to different file hosting sites. You can try them and see if you get better download speeds. Just download all 8 files and save them in the same folder, then run 'setup.exe' to start the installation process.

'setup.exe' and 'DATA7.cab' have a smaller file size, that is way they have more mirrors. If you want other mirrors, write them and I'll use them if I get decent upload speeds.
