I don't really think this applies too much to this game since it is the same company just different divisions. I see what you are saying though and I agree, but in this case I think the only difference in games will be localizations. I could be wrong, doesn't make sense to give one version more updates than the other though. I'm sure they get a patch from the russian devs, make it localized for english, and then the EU team localizes it for other languages and it's pushed out.

If you live in the EU, and you're playing the US server, most of the people who play the US server (Americans and such), will be sleeping while you're playing.
Which means, if you join a guild and they have a whole schedule for raids and dungeons, you will most likely not be able to attend to those raids/dungeons, since it's like 4 AM in your timezone.
And vice versa, of course.

Yeah good point, forgot all about that. I usually play around peak time on EU servers since I have weird play times.
