Watching the lovebirds, Nox couldnt help but feel saddened. After all, his love had decided to point a shotgun at his head after he sprouted wings. He jumped out into the night air, knowing that the darkness would keep him hidden. Sometimes, it was a good thing having black wings. He spied Serenity walking into a diner. "That reminds me, I need sustenance." He said to himself. He landed in the alleyway next to the diner, next to a large dumpster. He looked around in it and found a tranchcoat. "Perfect, now i can hide my wings" He put it on and made his way to the table serenity was at. As he sat down, the waitress asked him if he wanted anything. Nox ooked at the aitress in wonder. It was the first time someone hadnt looked at him with fear in their eyes. He smilled to himself, and asked for a chocolate milkshake.
