Sorry that my problem may be confusing; I tried installing 7 in place of my XP, after the reboot and when it automatically goes into Windows Setup I get some sort of BSOD. I can still use my XP but my complaint is that I have about half a second to press something on my keyboard to stop it from automatically going to Windows Setup. I am curious if there is a way to delete the Windows setup from Boot manager, maybe delete some boot files perhaps?
This folder was created on my C Drive when I tried to install Windows 7: $WINDOWS.~LS
Do you think I could delete this?
