You'd need to clean the file that manages the bootsection (the 2nd screenshot).

The MBR is the most important part for booting, so modifying it could mean your HDD is screwed up. Happened to me and I used a variant of that cd back then.

As for the windows 7 folder, you can delete it if you want to get rid of the install, but I would just backup everything you want/have and format it. We don't know how far the windows setup progressed and it may cause trouble later on.
