I doubt IW would give us dedicated servers. If they do, they have to cease the sales of MW2 and recode it. I'm just gonna suck it up and adapt to the game.
It's possible to lower graphics tremendously via console. Setting decals to 0, downgrading a Shader version and so much more. Can be searched on Google for tweaking guides. But yeah, it's no fun to play without attractive graphics, but there are people out there who just play for its gameplay. ;D
