I tired of Medieval Fantasy games. It's a horribly overused setting amongst RPGs, MMORPS especially.
Not that say that the theme cannot be done well, there are some that are nice and well made, however, as most MMORPGs have a very low budget and lack any major graphical prowess, in most cases it's, swords, shields, staff, and some oldish looking houses.
As far as I'm concerned, setting and visuals are just as important as gameplay, I'm not a machine, if I'm going to be doing something dull and repetitive, as with all MMORPS, at some stage, at the very least, make it look nice.
I like the enjoy the game world around me, artists put time and effort into making the settings we play in, it seems very short sighted to say that it does not matter.

you mean Steampunk.
Another setting i want to see utilized more is the Weird west, as in Wild west setting mixed with Horror and fantasy. Priest online was a prime example.
