I really really like Champions Online and since it was so cheap it is worth it. I keep seeing people saying there isn't enough content and I haven't had a problem. I might just not be deep enough into the game. Hopefully this sticks around as long as CoH and develops into a really great MMO. I've done the PVP a few times and the zombie map is so much fun.

Darkfall, not so much. Overpriced for what you get, but don't get me wrong it is a fun game. I got really into it the night I bought it and had a blast doing some quests and pvping. I can see it shaping into a great game down the road, but right now I am having more fun in Champions.

The customization in Champions is ridiculous and I love it. I could play the character creator alone for hours. I was thinking of going back to CoH and I'm glad I didn't.
Once you make multiple characters in champions as you may have done with city of heroes, you'll realize the lack of different costume options and that you always start the game exactly the same. Canada and the dessert are your only real different choices, but the settings get old fast because one is just dirt, and the other is just snow. With city of heroes you get multiple parts of the city to start in, more costume options ect.

I could challenge someone right now to make 10 completely different themed characters on city of heroes (robot, ninja, pirate, cat girl, wolfman etc). In city of heroes theres at least 15 different types of pirates one could make right off the top of my head as well as the others, especially robots. In champions you could make a ton of robots, but as far as actual clothing its really limited. Have different levels of shine isnt exactly what I would call different textures for each costume piece. Not to mention the character eyes look weird. Its like they are too big, lack detail and are shaped weird.

But its not a bad game, it just seems like they didn't have enough time to polish it up. I think a lot of people were expecting it to improve on everything that city of heroes lacked. But instead, it looks like they just made WoW with a better combat system and a super hero theme. I fail to see whats heroic about getting beat up easily by mutated hillbillies.

The game does pick up in the city, but it just doesn't hold after a while. I remember the first 3 days of champions I was excited, but then it faded away after about a week or 2.
