The 5770 only requires 1 PCIe cable, not 2. The maximum the PCIe socket, the SOCKET can give out is 75W, the cable is around the same. If it truly requires 200W on load, it'd have 2 cables instead of 1. Also, it idles at 18W, not 100W, it requires 108W to run. Look it up on wiki, I know it's not the most reliable site, but what kind of kid actually keep up to date with technology, except for things like the iPod or their annoying cell phone...(Except me...)
It pulls a max of 54A of combined power. Divide that by 4, it comes out 13.5A each rail, but of course some rails are more power than others, but even at 10A for the 22A rails, that's still enough to power the 5770(s).
