I give up. This is stuff that should have been fixed a long time ago. Nexon made me start hating my favorite game. I probably won't play again until a major content update. I needed a break anyway but this just gives me even more reasons to stop. I remember the same kind of stuff happening with Sword of the New world when that first came out. If it ain't broke...
