i can tell you one thing GTo is one of a kind anime ... i spent idk how many months searching for similar anime ... after watching and reading manga ... but there was no such anime with similar story or even comedy elements ... it was great anime i say great because i still remember the whole plot ... and i only remember thoes which i really liked and the closest ones would be: Golden Boy , Gokusen , Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei these 3 animes should be closest to GTO ... but still GTO is better
