If you're new to the game I guess wallhacking can give you insight to players movements and reactions. But really the best way to know where players are going to be without cheating is just map knowledge, and more importantly experience. If you play against good teams/players or get advice from a good player you will learn commonly held spots, and it's simply a matter of spot checking and getting in the habit of checking said spots every time you enter a site/rotate from one site to another.
Also, if you don't have a proper gaming mouse and mousepad, THAT, is probably going to give you the most noticeable improvement in your gameplay.
