Then spend 3 days getting maintenance people coming out and looking at your phone line just to say everything is working like normal, then call back for another week and they will finally say "we found a glitch in the system".
This has happened to me at least 5 times. Worst. ISP. Ever.
Oh, and did I mention that even with their best service, you still get lag through console games? Not PC games, oh no.. you get 20-30 MS from them.. but EVERY 360 game with online is laggy.
