Considering it's cheaper than Wardens Keep; I wouldn't count on it.
Who knows though, I could be pleasantly surprised.
I was going to add that The Stone Prisoner wasn't too long either, but Shale is just so awesome that I'm not even mad about it. ("And we crush the heads of rude women. Just so you know.") That, and I got it for free like almost everybody else. :P
