agree, if you don't want to buy a new pc in the future and want to use the same one for about 5 years or so, make sure it has an upgradeable path.
it may cost more, but putting more money into a better motherboard is really worth the price. but for the AM3 and 775 socket, DDR3 at 1600mhz (2000mhz (OC) for 755) \w Max 16gb RAM is the best you can get atm.
both the mobo me and sakumo has selected good mobo that give you room for upgrade, with DDR3 support. if you have the money, go for the one selected by sakumo since ddr3 1600mhz is its native speed with a max of 16gb ram.
