((OOC: Jack, I've been meaning to ask...how could Sara act uninterested after an announcement like that? xD ))

Elric was staring in the direction of the mob of people he saw a few seconds ago when a loud noise caught him off guard. His eyes grew wide, but he wasn't surprised to see that it was Sara. He laughed nervously, her energy overwhelming his...or maybe it just seemed that way because he was still under the influence of alcohol? For some reason, he felt more sober than usual, not having the energy to stop another argument between Sara and Katrina. Sighing, Eldric didn't even bother to complain about having his questions dismissed on the spot.

"So, we are going up...there?"

His answer was indirectly answered as Katrina performed a rather dangerous stunt successfully, leaping off of a dumster and tugging at a set of stairs. They reminded him of the ones in front of the bar, only...they lead further up. Covering his mouth, Eldric decided to keep his eyes in front of him as he climbed. If he looked down or up, there was no telling how his stomach would take it. Fortunately, he got up on the roof with ease, and even started to leap up and down with joy. Apparently, his drunken state was ending, and his usually hyper, optimistic self was returning.

"Yeah, there is no way those old men can catch us up here!" Eldric chirped, grinning at Grace. "Well, not that I know if they are old or not. Anyways, which way do we head to next?"

Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through Eldric's head, but he shook his head, trying to rid it. It vanished for a bit, but it kept returning every now and then. Perhaps it was some kind of hangover? Then again, Eldric hadn't drunken THAT much alcohol. He could just be light-headed from assuming the height didn't affect him and wasting so much energy at once (jumping). Still, fear kept stabbing at his heart, as if something bad would happen.

"Umm...mind if I stay behind?"
