Dusk waited in anticipation for the destruction to occur before her. An excited smirk appeared on her lips, parting oh so gradually that one might have thought they never moved unless they had been watching the whole time. Then she tilted her head down, flicking away hair that didn't even get in her face, just for the thrill of doing it. She had control, and it felt great. Sure, she was still a puppet under the Dream Catcher's power, but summoning Leviathon and having it attack the others...it was...freedom. Granted, she was merely a puppeteer under the watchful gaze of the Dream Catcher, but if she served him even the slightest...perhaps she would be able to taste the full extent of freedom.

"When that time comes--"

"My foolish puppet. How far you have sunken into the darkness that your eyes have become clouded. Look up and tell me what you see..."

Doing as she was told, half heartedly, Dusk was shocked to see the approach of Killjoy. His blades were aimed, and he was preparing to take her down instead. She watched, baffled at how close she had allowed him to get. Never-the-less, Dusk knew how to handle herself, with or without the Dream Catcher's guidance. Grinning and nodding at Killjoy, she made it appear like she had given up and was congratulating him. When he was close enough, though, several cylanders formed from the purple flames that released the dopplgangers earlier shot up into the limitless space above and surrounded Dusk in a circular motion. They stood their grounds, not a single creature forming from them, but rather, a barrier of fire.

"Why don't you run back to your imprisoned friend now? Then again, Leviathon can demolish you and the others while you waste your time on me."
